A complaint attended to by the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit Members this morning (27Nov) at 10:30, resulted in a couple being handcuffed after Officers uncovered narcotics at a certain house, in Reiger Park area.
Concerned Members of the community, tip off the DEU Members about a pair dealing in narcotics on Leeubekkie street. The EMPD Team advanced and a 24-year old female found in the premises, with the 32-year old male were apprehended, before a portable digital scale, 9x ziplocks of crystal meth valued at R3000 and R1320 cash were confiscated, following a thorough search.
The arrested couple were taken to Reiger Park police station on charges of possession and dealing in illicit substance,that were laid against them. They are expected to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate's Court soon.
