EMPD PRECINCT OFFICERS JOINS THE SAPS MEMBERS ON AN 'O KAE MOLAO' OPERATION IN DAVEYTON AREA

On Thursday (28 Nov) from 13h00 in Daveyton area, Turton road next to Mayfield and Heald street by Daveyton hostel came to a standstill, when SAPS with EMPD Men and Women in blue, filled busy streets of Daveyton with an objective of preventing crime, as well as ensuring that no crime is committed with latitude.

The SAPS Members conducted and completed phase one (1) of the operation where Daveyton hostel was raided and searched. Jointly (EMPD & SAPS), we jumped into phase two (2) in a form of roving roadblocks and sixty three (63) traffic fines were issued to motorists for various traffic violations. A male driver operating an unroadworthy motor vehicle on the public road, was slapped with a discontinue notice, since his sedan displayed more than four (4) defects.

Such join forces and sporadic 'O kae Molao' operations, will be conducted throughout the City Of Ekurhuleni
