Sunday (09 Feb) at 07:25 in Palmridge area, the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit Members on a crime prevention operation, arrested two (2) male suspects, found with narcotics. A 33 and 44 years of age pair caught on Withaak street, were handcuffed after Officers uncovered a portable digital scale, 13x ziplocks and 1x plastic bag containing khat valued at R10 500, with R630 cash. The duo facing charges of possession and dealing in illicit substance, were taken to Eden Park police station. The arrested suspects will appear in the Palmridge Magistrate's Court soon.
