THE FORMER SOCCER PLAYER ACKNOLEDGE THE IMPORTANCE OF LIVING HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Jabulani Nkosi (39) is a personal trainer and fitness instructor who runs a mobile gym called the Jay gym fitness club, in Vosloorus, Mabuya Park. He deals with weight loss, body toning, body firming and body strutting. Jabulani does set of programs for the individuals and work on it. He charges R50 for the consultation and fitness assessment. He also prepares a specific program and gives the client-eating plan. Jabulani monitor the fitness assessment and go back to scaling for measurement program after to see the difference with the client. His classes are held in Monate fela, Rockhouse, Lesedi and netball court stadium from Monday-Thursday (6:30am-8:30am) . There’s course fee for boot camps training. The former soccer player says, after travelling the world he acknowledged healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically. His weight problem pushed him to start the gym and help people with the same problem.

“Looking back, I’d say it’s been a humbling experience to get true compliments from everyone, more especially women about their tummy changes. My team number has increased tremendously,he added.The challenges to encounter throughout his journey it’s his clients ,the space and the atmosphere since he’s doing outdoor training. Jabu plans on dealing with challenges by restructuring way of doing things and narrow focus to the marketing structure.

He also specializes in house calls, group and family classes for aerobics. He want to be “mkhaba killer”.

Boitumelo Mabuya (28) who lives at Basothong, Bhenya Street, is one of the women under the training of Jabulani Nkosi. She took the initiative of joining his gym two months ago due to weight gain.

“I was weighing hundred and something and forever tired. A couple of weeks after joining Jabu’s gym, I was able to do the vosho dance.”They also run,do military,jump cons,bootcamp and workout with tyres.
